SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Green Among the Green

Another drawing done during my bout of insanity. I wanted to draw one of those pictures of a damsel in distress in medieval times. But all I managed was a girl with a half smile dressed in a green dress sitting among some bushes. Anyway, I based this on one of my friends due to her 'natural attraction' (heheheh). Anyway, drawn with mechanical pencil and coloured with coloured pencil.

Though i can't say that green is one of my favourite colours, i really like this picture. to me the girl looks a little bit spanish or mexican. don't ask me why she just does a bit. Ella Enchanted is the BEST book it's by um Gail something something but if you looked up Ella Enchanted at ur library it's bound to be there.

I know you've already coloured it, but when you save up enough or have the time, you might want to buy some of those ever wonderful Prisma Colours and go over the original color. It wouldn't look so sketchy when you scanned it, and the colors would be a lot richer. Do you art justice! It's too good to use mediocre tools! lol
