SciFi and Fantasy Art: Broken

Just got meself some prisma color grey scale markers, and a few pens..and a sketchbook....overall spent 40 bucks at the art store the other day hehe. But..anyway....doodled around a little bit, came up with this. Not gonna bother finishing the other wing..or doing anything else with it, I'm not happy enough with the figure to do anything else with it hehe....crits welcome...especially if you have knowledge of markers...tear it up, tell me what I did wrong (with the marker rendering, I know whats wrong with the figure)

*blinks at above comment* Ooooookay...right. Not gonna ask. Hmm...nice, man. The wing you markered looks a little weird. Too fat, or somethin'. I dunno...I'm not a marker -or- a wing expert. Hell, I can't even draw. Who am I to say? Heheh...speaking of...where's Kyle?! =P

I actually like the body and it's rendering. I think that the issue seems to be with that wing on the left... if the joint were brought to more of a point perhaps? I would encourage you to work on it more... I like what it has become so far. Great vantage point... some stark shadowing thrown forward would be excelent@! Anyway, don't be too hard on yourself... you make good art~!

Hm, well, Ben seems a wonderful character 10 Anyway, this reminds me of a block from the Crimson comic books, a compliment. Have you ever tried inking your drawings in the comic book style? I bet you'd find it appealing, and with your style, I doubt it would take you long to get the hang of it,
