SciFi and Fantasy Art: Armor-Plated Demon

This is an interesting one I did while answering phones at the local city mission(don't get the wrong idea, I'm not a nice guy =), I had to do it for a social justice class that was required at my highschool)
It started out as a horny headed demon, but i was on a robotics kick (Note that I'm almost always on a robotics kick), so he developed plated body armor, sort of a strength-enhancing powersuit.

In case you want real criticism; he looks too stiff, his balance is off - the weight of those metal wings should topple him - and the hands are too short compared to the legs, unless you were going for the T-rex style. In case you don't want real criticism; this picture has a lot of promise, and I'd really like to see you colour it or draw more like it.
