SciFi and Fantasy Art: Delrai

Delrai is a fighter and a tomboy. She learned to use a sword and bow at a young age, despite the wishes of her family, who are all scholarly and don't believe in violence to solve problems. Del ran away from home as soon as she had the money, and met up with Jaylhe, who became her journeying partner. She did eventually go back to see her family, and now visits them regularly. The only one she managed to influence was her younger brother Ketsai, who is still very scholarly, but has taken that on the road with HIS partner Etain. (Ocasionally the Del/Jay half and the Ketsai/Etain/Liu half of the Fantasy Average short stories converge. But I haven't written too many of those.)

I'm impressed with myself. Del looks halfway decent, here. She isn't stunning, but she is a pretty girl, and usually I don't do her justice when I draw her.
