SciFi and Fantasy Art: Seasons Detail: Winter

This was probably the most frustrating panel, because when I was five minutes away from finishing my computer decided it would be a good time to crash for no reason. Naturally, I hadn't saved in hours, because I'm stupid or something. You'd think I'd have learned by now. Anyway...as a consiquence, I almost put the project away, which would mean it wouldn't be finished for at least another month if not more. I'm forgetful that way.

I like this one the best! Not because I don't like the others, this one just has a cool look to it, with just the blue and the white, very cool 2 I like winter 2 It's a beautiful set of pictures.

This one's my favourite. It's so pretty, and the snow actually looks like snow. I like her clothes, too.

This one is my fave, and the best technically IMO. Reminds me a bit of the Mucha "Winter" drawing (do you know that one?), but it's not derivative.

I would appreciate the atmosphere that much more if I wasn't so darn sick of this winter. 2

Okay Now I'm sure of it this one is the most magnificent, the colors appeal to me, the emotions of hope and a sophisticated calm that coincide with the serene atmosphere of winter are perfect! Alll in all the entire project is nmagnificent.
I hate computers, don't you? >_< But then again I love them... grrrr can't live with 'em can't live without 'em

I like winter, or maybe I just like the colors. I don't know. Yeah, this does look a bit like something out of Beauty and the Beast if she looked more like Belle and was holding a rose instead of the berrie-type plant.
I like how the picture is really thin, but maybe it did strange things to her body? She seems kind of twisty and wavy, and her right arm might be a little short. Also, the wrist looks a little funny. but ahh! I feel so critical.
She's beautiful, and I love the accents of gold. I like this so much!

WHY IN THE WORLD DOESN"T THIS HAVE MOD"S CHOICE?!?!?!!?

This is wonderful! I love that her expression is more joyful than depressed. I've noticed a lot of people draw winter personafied as if it needs prozac. Winter being my favorite time of year, I love this depiction of it, not as sad but as awe-struck. So cool, nice job!
