| 2 Mar 2004 | Darja 'Dare' Utgof | Hi! I've been browsing some new additions and came across this wonderful picture. It is wonderful in many senses: it has a vivid style, it's done in pencil (my personally favourite and usual medium), it depicts a person which reminds of Vikings (I love so much!) and it was partially inspired by LoTR Oh yes, and I forgot to point out that I simply love unusually sounding names (well... it does sound unusual to me! ) and stories behind the picture. First, a shield looked like an animated Hallowe'en-like creature to me, but I quickly understood my mistake Verry nice clothes and folds, and you did do a background! Grrreat! Jon Ringsevjen replies: "Thanks a million for the very first comment on this one!! Great! It's my newest post in ages. Hehe. Note: this is a bad scan of the drawing and it's a bit blurry. I've fixed it up, but as it turns out I'm not allowed to upload new stuff until the 14. of March.. And that means I can't replace the current one with a new and better one.. Ugh... Anyway, it's still the same picture and I'm really glad you liked it! " | |
| 4 Mar 2004 | Maria Ringsevjen | Yeah, he looks cool, though the scan is bad. But I've seen the original, so... You should try and draw our little adventure group, maybe when we have one of our little disputes...ehm..like with the little goblin. You could draw me and Veps glaring at each other while Keisha watches, looking like a big '?'. Hehe. Could be fun. what is NOT fun is vektorfeltanalyse *murre* Jon Ringsevjen replies: "Thanks a lot! Just one more week and I'll replace this one with the better one. I'd love to try and capture the Heroes (hehe) on paper though, so just write me nice descriptions and backgrounds and I'll surely give it a try... I have lots of other RP-pictures in my head, but I'll have to get some more drawing experience.... Remember the campfire sketch with the horses? Not good... Bleh, I hate practising! I want to be good right away... Urpelmurpel.... " | |
