SciFi and Fantasy Art: Verma

(Done in 2002)
A young, but skilled, mercenary-thief, Verma is about to get caught stealing a valuable bio-chemical research-component.

This was originally just done for the fun of it, but I think the woman has got character and attitude, so she deserved a story!

What does it say on the sign above the improvised door?
Does it say "Exit"?
Did she blast through the exit?
Is it the name of the component?
Some brilliant in-sider joke for those who actually know all this fancy bio-chemical...dingseboms, naturfag-lureriet?
Is it a secret code that only becomes clear in starlight and moonlight?
How about neonlight?
And why is her hair attracted to it?
This drawing is full of mysteries and spooky stories!
