SciFi and Fantasy Art: Another Hooded Man

Ok...what is it with me and faces?? LOL Anyway, this was done with pencil and prismacolor...lots and lots of prismacolor! LOL No particular character. No particular story. One day, I just drew this one up just to break in the new colors.
