SciFi and Fantasy Art: Thief

Well, yeah. Self-explanitory, no? <: This was mostly a body study, to see if I could successfully get away from the boring, normal, standing people I do. And I had success!!! YAY ME! <: Although the head is a bit... 'off', I'm very proud of the way the body turned out. <nodnod> Especially the hands.

I like that, "Although the head is a bit . . . 'off'. " She looks so adorable. (toothy grin) just like the artist. ('nother toothy grin)

I love your work with lines - the face here looks great, but to add volume it's a good idea to define musculature - think about the three dimentions of the body.
Models are great, but unless you have a younger sibling, your best bet may be photographs or posable toys/action figures. Magazines for athletes often show "action" poses that you can use. You can buy source books at the book store or library, but for some reason they are quite expensive.
Great face! Nice details - I liked the arm band in particular.
