| 13 Sep 1999 | Jeremy C. Sensing | Woah.... you are so good. This pic is just.... there aren't any words to describe how good this pic is. | |
| 14 Sep 1999 | alexa | wow. i really like the idea of this one. never knew manticores had such huge heads, though. i love the sorceress' pose and expression -- very "don't @#^% with me." | |
| 24 Sep 1999 | David Andersson | Yeeha! She's evil, I can tell . Love the black outfit and the determend look in her face. 'Don't come any closer or you'll die'.
Good work! | |
| 2 Oct 1999 | April DeLynn Fuhrer | where can i get clothes like that. I am so envious of that pic.. | |
| 11 Dec 1999 | Sue | This is the best picture of a manticore I've ever seen. It looks very "natural."
The female figure is also very good. I think you should work on your backgrounds a little more. It doesn't really look like they are "in" the landscape. Once you get that down, your work will be exceptional instead of just really good. | |
| 19 Dec 2000 | Drakos | I like this one. Good depiction of the manticore type. One problem though- a manticore would never side up with a human, seeing how they are infurious to all mankind. | |
| 17 Jan 2001 | Cim-x | Well she is a sorceress! (to Drakos) | |
| 28 Apr 2001 | E. M. Schmidt | I love the manticore's face. Interesting blend of human and leonine features. However, the feet seem a bit too dainty to me (particularly next to the sorceress), and there's something very peculiar about those wings. Those are the only details I can think of to pick at--the composition, the relationship of the figures to each other, and the background are all very well done. Beautiful illustration. | |
| 20 Dec 2001 | Commando Monitor | How jolly! But I thought that manticores have the tail of a scorpion (or was that scorpicores?). | |
