SciFi and Fantasy Art: Old Friend

Here's my take on the Harvester of Souls. I picture the Grim Reaper as more of an old friend who is there to great us at each journeys end. This one was done with artist pen.

16 Jul 2000	Seth	Loading... One of the best pictures of the Grim that I have ever seen. It portrays a powerful image and gets the message across that he is certainly someone to fear. Though it is also good to hear that he is looked at as someone to guide you after life and not someone to take your soul.

14 Dec 2001	White Vision	Loading... I would like to comment on your take on death... there's an old 'Twilight Zone' episode called "Nothing in the Dark" that talks about an old woman's fear (and then acceptance) of death. You'll like it

I, for one, don't like the whole new journey theory, Death simply brings peace. In my opinion Death is a she, and she is neither good nor bad... Amazing picture! Love it... suites my style in a way. Pretty pretty Death.
