SciFi and Fantasy Art: He's not home

No, he's not a coward, it's just that those knights can be really annoying. It's the first time I try to draw cartoon-like characters, and maybe the last time. Can someone please give me tips on how to do it?

2 Nov 2000	Stella Kühne	Loading... There's no general rule on how to draw comic characters, I believe... so I, for one, can't give you tips on that. But that pic is really funny, and why shouldn't a comic look like that? ;-)

I guess I was distracted wondering why on earth anyone would live in a cave. =P Very cute, and original. You are not the first to tell me that. For those that don't get the joke it is a dragon with an "old maiden" mask in his face wishing that the knights would let him alone
13 Apr 2001	Dana T.C. Simpson	Loading... In order to draw convincingly exaggerated cartoon characters, you have to know something about how real people are put together. Just getting some practice with good ol' figure drawing would help you. Putting more detail into the people would be good too, especially in that woman's face. You could also find a professional artist with a style you like, and just look at it for hours on end to see how s/he does it. Now that I am done with serious and hopefully help stuff, hahahahahahahaha! that is really funny!
