SciFi and Fantasy Art: Wolfsong

Wolves are my favorite animals, since I saw one real alive 10 years ago... This motive and this kind of painting it, I already intended for 2 years. Everytime, when I think about 'nature' I see pictures like this one in my mind: wolves, forests, snow. I know, nature is more than that (I have to know it, I'm a biology student for 2 months now...:-) ) but it's my personal imagination.

19 Mar 2008	Joyce	Loading... Wow, this is amazing! I’m not a great fan of wolves, but this changes my feelings for them. You show them beautifully, in different poses and color tones. Can I ask you something? How do you get the smeared look? I’m just wondering, you don’t have to reply. Thanks!
