SciFi and Fantasy Art: Is it anime yet?

Oooooook! I think I did it! My first ever successfully done person piccy, all made in Photoshop... No hand drawing! Woo! I can't even hand-draw in anime style, which is what I went for here. Something like Julie Dillon's work? She's great!... I named him Will (dunno why). He's supposed to be a hero sort, but he came out kinda broody... I think he's cute. Got that little under-bite going on. ^_^ Tee hee. Ok, so before I start drooling over my own work (again) tell me what you think! ^_~
