SciFi and Fantasy Art: Edge of unknown lands

It was only a dream of a log jorney through the mountains, that ended at the top of one of them...

Strange installation stood there, a rock split, as if cut by knife. And on the right there was small table with words 'Border of lands you know not'.

Great view. And you´re crazier than i am with details, because i don´t have the patience to do rock patterns like you do.

The rock patterns ARE wonderfully detailed! What's the little plaque on the side of the right hand stone? I'm not being picky, just wondering! 1 What's it say? Looks very enigmatic...

ooo, I love it!
It sounds like something I'd put in one of my dream-like stories I play around with then never finish, heh

I like this picture - Sems more like a "Do not trespass on MY territory" sort of thing - a Warning sign of sorts.
I guess that's why I love it, because if I came to that place, and saw the top of a mountain divided like that .. I would certainly not go any further ! 2
