Not everyone who was crucified was jesus, you retards! I'm sure that if i were crucified, that would make me jesus... Idiots. You know, other people were crucified besides jesus. You're all so stupid.

I don't believe this is mocking to Jesus at all, if it was, she wouldn't look so at peace. You can see the happy and wise look in her eyes, as if she knows this is just a test of some physical realm, and that she is rising above the plane of humanity to a higher existence. But then again, what would I know, I'm not the biggest fan of Christianity per-say, I don't like the discrimination, greed, and prejudice that is corrupting the simple thought of peace and love to everyone. This religion would be okay if it weren't so phobic of the human condition.

I love reading what people have to say. Such diverse opinions!

Christ and his story have been very inspirational to me as they have been to countless artists since his time.. I respect the idea of whole love and try to incorporate it into my way of thinking whenever possible. It is sad that some people harbor a corrupt concept of what he attempted to share with us. Such is the way of nature.

I do consider it a 'positive' painting. When you're put in a difficult situation in life, there is not choice but to grow, else we become stunted.

Christ is fascinating to me because he accepted the most difficult truth a human being can accept, and faced it.

hey, people! wake up to the world! jesus was just about the only inoccent person crucified. everyone else were criminals, thieves and murderers. Crucification was punishment, not a 'oh i am pure, i shall die for your sins' sorta thing.
i luv your bold use of colors. she really does seem peaceful and content not like 'ow, get me out, this HURTS!'

Were the slaves who rebeled criminals who deserved death? Have you ever felt the pain of nails and rope? Have you smelled the stench of bodies crucified by the side of the road from the scene of battle to the Gates of sacred Rome? If not, you who spoke above, do not condem so quickly. Suffering can degrade or we can ris eand elevate ourselves by it.
To the artist: Sorry for my rant. An interesting piece. The form and detail can use work, but you have captured emotion quiet well.

"Face down, arms out, nailed to a cross of doubt.
Blood flows like rain, drowning for this world in vain.
Crown of black thorns, human skin ripped and torn.
So I ask you...
Where is your savior now?"
