SciFi and Fantasy Art: Village of The Imps

(Once and again: I'm sorry for my poor English. Please fix my mistakes.)

This is my second ballpoint piece, and defintly one of my favorite drawings. No sketch, just black pen on paper. Ho, I enjoyed shadowing so much!!

This little guy in the front is an imp - not a bug ~_~. The imps of his village aren't evil, like the Irish ones, they just don't really care about the large, scary world around them.

I'm not sure if to paint the sky black, or leave it as it is, but it's likely I'll work on the hills in the back of the pic.

I don't know if you want my opinion or not, but i think a black sky would realy give it a finished and more magical? Look 2

I really like this one. I really like the shading, especially since it was done in pen. The imp does look like an ant! It's cute!

definately black sky. the style reminds me of some cartoon i've seen, but I can't remember from where...

:-) Rottem C. Sand replies: "I've color the sky today, and the hills, using a softer pen. I still have a lot of work, but I will update as soon as I finish the coloring."

Small. Very small. I could crush this with my foot, and not feel a thing. *CRUNCH!* oops. Nice art. I like it.

Wow. I love this. It's so cool. You know, it actually looks like an illustration in a children's book or something. Great job. Keep it up, and I hope to see more work in your gallery soon. 2
