SciFi and Fantasy Art: Baby dragon

This was an attempt at sculpture and mold making. I wanted to create a piece that I could cast, as I go to cons and the one-at-a-time sculpey method just takes waaaaay too long. So this little guy was sculpted from Roma Plastilina, (an oil based clay), and then I made a 2 part mold from flexible urethane rubber. I cast it in hydrostone, and then paint in acrylics. I'ts been selling pretty well. I took 3 to Gen*Con last year, and they all sold the first day! (Yippee!)
