Summoning light from the darkness. I love elves and fairies and mermaids and magical stuff so much T_T!

Anyways, just a fun fantasy picture~~. Had it half done for a few months now before I decided to pull it out and finish it today XD XD. Drawn and colored entirely in Painter 7
