Nah, that's not really what they're saying. I am in general happy with this picture, though I know there are some minor mistakes on anatomy. I think practically everyone has a picture like this in their gallery. ^_^

But really, beautiful picture.. and it portrays so much emotion. Even from that tiny picture I'm watching now... you can see how the hair glows.. so realistic!
