SciFi and Fantasy Art: Cry

This is open to interpretation.. What I see, though I never had any intentions to make it so when I drew it, is an enslaved woman praying, almost in tears, for salvation. Or something like that. I can't put it into words. What's funny about this picture is that the reflection in the eye, which I did before any of the shading, is in the incorrect direction. Oh, well. Look how much I care. ::blank stare::

19 Jul 2004	Erika Jade Bagasan	Loading... she looks so close to tears I can practically see her lips trembling. she looks like my friend, only I've never seen her crying. Or like one of the renaissance paintings of virgin Mary, only she normally has a dazed and sleepy expression.
