| 14 Jun 2002 | Johanna from sweden | hi. just wanna say that i love this pic. dark and artistic. i just wonder if you have got the idea from Man Rays photo of a woman's back on which he has drawn a violin??? anyhow. lovely pic... | |
| 20 Jul 2002 | Liz Riza | This is very poignant. The eye is drawn somewhat towards the bottom of the drawing, when (technically) it should be drawn upwards. I absolutely love the way you combined woman and instrument...where'd you get the idea? The only thing I REALLY don't like is the...antenna coming out of her head. It makes her look like a stretched-out TV. . I really like the way the cloth was done near the bottom though, very fabric-y and fluid. Nice job. | |
| 16 Aug 2002 | Hillary 'Aislin' LaClair | Oh yeah...and thats not an antenna coming out of her head...it's chopsticks in her hair! | |

Johanna from Sweden is right, it does look like Man Ray.
Take a look at that link. | |
| 16 May 2003 | Sarli | Thank you so much! You have just made me wildly happy! I play the viola (and adore it) but hardly ever see the instrument featured in art. This is really Disappointing, as the viola is an incredibly beautiful instrument. (especially mine, which is highly polished fiddle-back wood, in a deep blood red colour) This picture captures so much thought and emotion, and really represents the feel of a viola perfectly. Again thank you, and I would like to add that the rest of your drawings are wonderful as well. | |
| 1 Sep 2003 | Linda Gock | What an inventive piece! Very beautful | |
