SciFi and Fantasy Art: Chancellor

My first attempt at using Pastels=) I really don't know much of the history of where this dragon came from. His name is from Old English and it means,'Keeper of Records.' I'm thinking that he might be a wizard's familiar, given the job of guarding this book. Which I think have some spells of some sort within it's pages.(Image done in pastels and colored gel pens)

You should do another scan of this one, but just the feather...it's beautiful. Too bad that scans can't show how it reflects light, because it does that beautifully...
5 Mar 2000	The Artist	Loading... I think I'm going re-scan it, the orginial dragon was darker. and a lot of the color was lost, i tried to fix it on the computer, but it didn't exactly work. ah well. if you think i should change this let me know=)
