| 21 Feb 1999 | Kimberly 'Grym' Beane | Not a bad start at all! Wolves have very squared heads(front-view), with cheekruffs that are part of the square and fall down below the ears. Muzzles are heavier than a fox or coyote, but not quite as heavy as in your prelim sketches. Narrow it down after the eye-ridge -- so that both top and lower jaw together are as thick as your top jaw is currently. I'm no expert, but you're welcome to use the anthro wolves in my gallery as references, if you like. | |
| 2 Mar 1999 | Hope L. Bryant | Hey girlfriend, you do real well for a 14er..I'm serious....I know alot of others who can't draw even a factsimile of a wolf. If you want to get the hands and stuff right...or just practice...Go get alot of wolf anatomy books, not how to draws, and do some Studies. . .copy form the books directly then apply what your hands now "know" in different poses. Visualize what they would look like and created a rough sketch...then go back to your studies and compare...then correct. If you want I'll send you some work ups of my own. I might be a writer but I'm going to school for Animation. Keep up the good work! | |
| 10 Apr 1999 | Aido Rakaen | I'm 14, too.... oh well. Great work. It really looks great... good muscle structure. | |
| 1 Jun 1999 | Julie K. Gele' | I tend to like all anthro creatures, no matter what they be. I love all the colors you use. I like how you contrast such stripes and such on the fur and purple manes and such. Very cool. | |
| 19 Apr 2000 | Brendan O'Neill <<Trewio>> | Hey hope, I'm 15, and I can't do that well! want proof? Come to my gallery! **shameless plug** Verra nice pose here softie, me likes! | |
| 20 Dec 2005 | Just call me Misha | I like the coloring, but the body-structure needs work. Wolves' skulls are wide with deeply set eyes. It seems to have too much muscle, but I don't know if it's wanted or not. You can check what I mean about the wolf's head at Akira-Wishmaker.deviantart.com | |
