| 31 Oct 2001 | Robert S Miller 3rd | Neat picture, maybe a little puff of smoke from the dragon, sort of a sigh, cause they won't open up? | |
| 10 Jun 2002 | David Tveit | It's so simple, yet it works. Your exagerated perspective on the castle conflicts with the grass blades, which are the same size in the foreground as they are on the horizon. I'm not complaining about it. I think the combination of depth and flatness give this drawing a nice surreal quality. | |
| 15 Oct 2002 | Aleija Hampton | Aww, I'm looking past the castle, and that dragon is really sweet looking. He reminds me of my dog somehow (must be the pose). Must admit I didn't see him at first and was thinking "I don't get it", I think that means it's about time for bed! | |
| 4 Oct 2003 | Anonymous | I truly love your work! How long does it take you to draw your work? I do believe that you have the most talent in sketch work I wish I could draw as good as you! I was just wondering if I could e-mail my friends your work? I know that they would absolutely love it as much as I did.

| 6 Jul 2004 | Inquisitor | "Sir Nozzbert, the dragon wants to come back in!" The perspective is a bit forced, but very funny pic. Nicely done! | |
| 6 Nov 2004 | Christine A. Walkowicz | I love this. I'm a sucker for well done brick work and shading. Wonderful! | |
| 26 Dec 2004 | Emma Pihl | I like this, simple, yet very interesting picture. | |
| 18 Jul 2005 | Nelleke Pieters | great pic!!! I hate perspective, it's sooo hard!! This looks great, and cute | |
| 18 Mar 2007 | Bloodhawk | Love the perspective here! It gives the picture a lovely feel, and really enhances the atmosphere! The dragon is a cool touch too - being wrapped around the castle gives him (or her) a lot of scale. He's so big! ^.^
Unless the castle is small...you never know.
In which case, perhaps some things like trees, rocks and people nearby would make good tools to add to the scale of the castle? Then, in turn, it would fully justify the assumed scale of the dragon...?
This train of thought could go on and on...but I hope that made sense. =)
Back to the praises, your shading looks great! Really adds to this.
Keep up the good work Kevin! =D | |
| 2 Jul 2008 | Fábio 'Daemon' Laporte | Very good work on the perspective, the bricks, the sky and the plants. Well, great work afterall. I really apreciate your style. | |
