SciFi and Fantasy Art: Tiger/Unicorn Cross

My buddy Cait and I just kinda thought this race up one day. A cross between a tiger ... and a unicorn! This one is mostly tiger. I sketched it using a reference adolescent tiger pic I took myself sometime ago. Being an adolescent, s/he has lanky legs and a fairly big head in comparison to the body, because s/he hasn't quite grown into adult proportions yet (the wings are also small, I guess those will grow with age). This one is in a fairly stoic pose... I'm hoping to upload the 'lunging' tigorn pic soon. Ooo, and also the more unicorn-looking tigorn (basically a striped unicorn) whenever I finish it. This particular character is copyright Caity.

Really beautiful picture, but no 'fense, there have been creatures very similar to yours already invented...winged tigers, etc. (I've been working on a winged tiger with stipples....and I never wanna see another dot!! . <---eek!! dot!! You should color that picture in.
23 Sep 2005	Maraudi	Loading... Awesome drawing of the tiger, but i have to agree with on of the other commentors. Unicorn's DONT have wings. Also the wings and horn are out of proportion with the body. that is unless you meant to make this a cub, if so then you may have want to give the cat a looking younger body. Other then those tiny details i think it is awesome. Oh what the human mind can create, or are we human?
