WOOHOO!!! i finished her! this is Nira, a friendly dragon (most of my dragons are friendly) that helps Celeste every so often. she's not a really major character, but she's cute ^_^ in the bigger version, i went a bit overboard with the scales, but when i shrunk it, it looks ok.
