First thing:
Great job. I love the colours, my favourite ones are green and blue 12 <wink> and her face is just so pretty and nice and well drawn and i just wish i could do such a thing

but i have some small remarks, if you can forgive me.
A. Isnt her hair supposed to fall down, as she is looking into water thats obviously not vertical, or is it just my lack of observing abilities
b. There is no reflection of the hand, at least not as i can see it
c. The ripples seem to be ending rather abrupt in a sort of v form, one ending and at the same place the next one beginning, while they ought to be flowing up and down.

It's cool. Looks like that girl from Fantasia 2000, except that the hand is too bumpy. It makes the picture interesting.

I don't know if anyone can see it, but isn't there a small small seam (like the end of a piece of paper)right in the middle of the ripples? now that I found it, it really bugs me........@_@

And YES it DOES look like the girl from fantasia 2000, except for the antenae. ^_^;

I like the picture a lot. Using different techniques and coloring works for you. The only thing i have against it is that the eys are a little too far apart. Besides that, your proportions are pretty much accurate. Great Job!! <3
