SciFi and Fantasy Art: Elvish Graveyard

When an elf is born a tree is planted and the elf is always linked to it, in life and death. When it dies the elf is placed inside the tree, so they are together forever.

Wow. Very disturbing. I love it though. Wonderful detail and great shading. *puts up as desktop backround* (hope you don't mind)

*does first comment Mexican Hat Dance* Wow... this pic is somewhat haunting. As a little kid, I remember being in awe of trees... especially the gnarled, knot-ridden spooky ones. This pic has reinfored all those childhood fears. Thank you. *goes to call therapist* 12 Awesome job!

Elfish-tree's will never be the same again.

You captured a great mood! And those trees look great... ^-^
