| 6 Jan 2003 | Ysessa | It's really good. But the hair length is all wrong, in the book you can read that his hair goes down all the way too his shoulders. And the hair should be more curly. Except that you have really caught his eyes his...everything. Really good! | |
| 16 Jan 2003 | Mairith | This is the closest portrayel of Perrin I've seen..still not quite it, though, but I congradulate you. You've done a -wonderful- job.. | |
| 11 Feb 2003 | Wolfsister | this is a very good picture of Perrin! almost exactly the way i pictured him | |
| 23 Aug 2003 | Nierninwa <nierninwa@yah...com> | Very good A lot of the Perrin pictures I see don't look much like what I envision. This one does. As other people seem to have said... | |
| 27 Feb 2004 | Jayme | Think I have said this before, have not read the books but I love the eyes. | |
| 14 Apr 2004 | Maria Ringsevjen | A nice drawing I think it would have to be Perrin 10 years later tho i think, because he looks like he's over 30 here. And I imagine his hair to be more curly, but the eyes are really nice. They're kind, yet firm. The shading is quite good too I've noticed you've got comments from the 'all-i-see-is-cursed-wot-artwork-commenter too Yeah, i got a few of the same one too, she writes diff names or anonymous, but it sounds very much like the same person. I feel sorry for that person. | |
| 1 Aug 2004 | Kate | I love your portrayal. Perrin is my favorite character as well. As a matter of fact, if he were a real man he's have my heart in a hand basket. You really did his character justice. Thank you for sharing your talent. | |
| 2 Mar 2006 | Sarah | My favorite pic of perrin yet. Most i see look like some huge old scroungy bodybuilder.. He still looks a bit old though ... its hard to put wisdom and mass into a 20 yr old frame but this is the best rendition i have ever seen | |
| 26 Nov 2007 | Supernova | Dear Raymond,
I LOVE your drawing! Yours is the most accurate impression of Perrin that I have seen so far. Too many people tend to draw him as a giant with impossibly bulging muscles. Here you manage to portray firmness and yet kindness in his eyes. The beard is awesome. As for the hair, can you make it longer and shaggier?
With my best wishes,
Supernova | |
| 3 Mar 2008 | Ida "Ivar" Poucette | Perrin is my favourite character too! Him and Faile. (me thinks they make a pretty couple )
I have to say, that this is the best pic of Perrin I’ve found at Elfwood so far. Very good He does not look like a mountain of muscles or a mean werewolf. It’s close to how I imagined him. And I think it’s technically good to Me like the shading! | |
