SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Age of Passing (Illustration)

This is an illustration for Ryan Span's novel http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/libr/r/s/rspan/newest.html.html 'The Age of Passing', which is featured in the Wyvern's Library. Do check it out. He has done a truly excellent job, and the story is very worthwhile reading. Gemeldor and Felabas are in the front, and Kiontar the half-elf is in the back. This pic is brought to you by whatever I could find in the bottom of the 'pencil drawer:' namely, half-dried fountain pens, a pilot marker, and a good art notebook (which my sister still doesn't know that I swiped out of her closet and replaced with a similar, USED notebook...heh, heh, heh,)........ Enjoy.

27 Feb 2001	Ryan A. Span	Loading... I really like what you've done with the picture... there are some things that don't quite correlate with the story (Geméldor's bow, for instance, should be as tall as he is) and they look a little sour, but you've captured the spirit quite nicely...
