I'd imagine she was still alive when this picture was done...she was beheaded by a witch after all, and depending on how she did it Rapunzel could very well go around like this for eternity!! Sucks to be her! lol. Awesome drawing really. I love the colors you used and the blood smeared on the side of her dress. The head is also fantastic. Though I think the neck on the body is a little too thick. Still amazing though!!
