SciFi and Fantasy Art: Winged Lion

This is a study of a white winged lion, sitting on a balcony inside a large building. Some people where excited about the heads of my creatures (to hard to see - due to 'low' resolution ), so I decided only to paste in the lion in a near view, now. Lateron I'll past in the whole thing.

19 Sep 2004	Anonymous	Loading... Your lion has a joy and life to it that puts me in mind of the Inklings (a Christian writer's group at Oxford in the '40's that included C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien and Charles Williams to name a few-- but maybe you already know this!). Calls to mind Aslan in the Narnia series. Nice work!
