| 25 Oct 2005 | Ally | This is wonderful--it really seems like there's no way Heracles can escape, so it highlights his victory. Very lifelike, and he looks like a barbarian raging. | |
| 18 Jan 2006 | KJO | What the other guy(head lookin at in the back? | |
| 18 Feb 2006 | Isaac A. Gallegos | Very cool! I wish i could add something like this on my crummy page. | |
| 26 Feb 2006 | MysteriousStranger | Um, so you know...hydra's heads were innumerable. Every time one head was cut off, three grew back in its place. This drawing is very good though. Very good detail. | |
| 26 Feb 2006 | Johanna | About the one informing about that Heracles had a club, not an axe... To quote the great Monthy Python-gang: What you want is a bloody photographer, not a creating artist! Wonderful pic, you can really feel the fierceness of the battle! | |
| 14 Mar 2006 | Gaby | Ohhh, the guy looks awsome! I hope he makes it out all right | |
| 27 Sep 2006 | Therese L. Davis | Amazing shading here...and great composition. I love the guy's expression. | |
| 25 Nov 2007 | Marie M. | Oooh. Looks like tentacle rape to me. | |
| 25 Nov 2007 | Darren C. Saunders | This is great man. I love the expression on the guys face. I also like the texturing style you used on the hydra. Very cool. | |
| 14 May 2008 | Katie "FireBird" Wakelin | It’s greatest. ^-^ Sorry to start off with criticism on such a great piece as this, but otherwise I might have forgotten!
I love the way you’ve made this appear as though it has just jumped straight out of a Greek or Roman mythology book! You’ve certainly captured the style in which they drew people. Well done! I really like the textures you’ve got going here and the movement. The expression on the faces of the man and the snakes. I love the scales on the Hydra. The throats have real depth, It’s always hard to get that. And the teeth look completely correct which is also tricky. The anatomy in every part of the picture is outstandingly good. The MOD’s was definitely deserved!
Well done. ^-^ | |
