Quite spectacular... How in earth did you color this one? Looks like ball-point pen and colored pencils, but... Anyway, great work. I love the mood of this one.Thank you, thank you. I roughly coloured the background with pencils and then used Photoshop's fresco filter for that camera-out-of-focus type of look.

That would be, in my opinion, better, if you would put in a little more darkness, a bit of fire and such to the background, and then do the camera-out-of-scope thing again. Would make it more battle-ish, even though it seems very alive now too-

I really like the coloring in this one... the streeks of yellow and yellow gleam on his sword give a real sulfer-like setting... aka Hell. The blues are used nicely (rather then just all black) and I possitivly love his armor. Is it just me or is it kind of... I don't know... I looked at it and thought oriental for some reason... looks familiar... hmm... very nice. Too bad I haven't seen Enemy At the Gates (yet)

Man I can almost see the hundreds of other orcs marching along in the background. Poor Pippin and Merry... have to deel with this scary guy

That picture is pretty darn spamtacular! Me being the only person on upper earth who thinks all orcs and URUK-HAI are the most adorable things ever. I know there are a whole butt-load of orc haters who think I'm nuts, but they can go jump into mt.doom for all I care... Anyway this pic is pretty good. I draw orcs all over everything and I've found I am great at it. I don't wanna send one in...not only because of my horrible laziness, but because i don't evin know how to do that. yep...i'm a stupid little zombie! (don't ask) I gots ta go now, URUK LOVER #1 BABY YEAH!!! k.

:-) Antti Korhonen replies: "Thanks ! I think there'll be more orcs coming along shortly.."

What character! Rough, tough, kick-butt Uruk. Yes, you should do more of these. The armour design is quite eye-catching too.

Wow!!! That blue colour looks very good on your picture.
I think that this Uruk-hai soldier is as good as they are in LotR-movies. Great work!!!
