SciFi and Fantasy Art: Dragonslayer

I've always had this image of a warrior standing on a cliff in front of a flying dragon. This is just what I've imagined except that I must admit that the dragon didn't come out just the way I liked it to be. Done with pencils as always.

10 Feb 2000	Ric Aerones Rastoskey	Loading... The dragon looks like a boss I used to work for... scary... This is truly a great concept for a piece and it is well executed. The only thing I would change is that the guy seems to be a bit "stubby." I don't know why I think that, but it seems as if he should be a bit taller. I don't know how to explain it so I hope you understand what I mean. It's still a great picture, don't get me wrong. I wish I could do dragons half as good as that, but alas I can't (take pity on me). -Hermes_

28 May 2001	Peter Xavier Price	Loading... I really love the work in this piece, some great perspective work, the angle is just perfect. I like the cliff surface in the forground of the piece. It's not too noticable compared with the action of the other parts, but still great. Also, some great shading!
