When I joined Elfwood I was 15. At that time a Mod's Choice seemed so untouchable and practically impossible to get. Now I am 18, and to my very great surprise, I have got four artworks which got one of those! It's hard to believe how much one can improve in such a short period as three years!

Though, I suppose, in other aspects I haven't changed at all. I'm still pretty much the same dreaming, idealistic, slightly freakish, fantasy-obsessed person I was back then. I still can't sit decently in a normal chair. And I still walk around carrying pencils and brushes even when I'm not using them. *grin*

I'm currently doing a Bsc International Land and Watermanagement. Yes, to my big regret I haven't gone to artacademy. In the end, my inner idealist and rationalist proved stronger than my inner artist, sending me off to university. I still regret that choice to some extent, but I love doing what I do now as well. Probably, if I would have gone to an artacademy, I would now be regretting that choice as well. Can't have it all.

However, I still try to draw in my increasingly shrinking free time. Creating art will always be an important part of my life, in spite off other occupations eating away my time.
