Welcome to the Woods! *happy first comment dance* you asked for some help in your bio so: i think that you should get some anatomy diagrams to help with your proportions... your faces are coming along a lot better than mine are, so i can't help you with that one...with some more practice, you should be fine!

If I had one thing to say, I would say that you need to improve your definition of the objects in your pictures. It's like they are faded and very difficult to see. I think defining lines, especially on the outer parts of objects would help. 2
