| 16 Mar 2006 | Warrior of strength | I gotZ a couple of tips for ya. When drawing equines live models help and are pretty but not the best to learn to draw from. Horses must be drawn from the inside out. First draw the general shape (ya know the stuff circles lines and such) then sketch in the skeleton (simplified of course) then the body and muscles. Next add details fur, mane, tail, veins, etc. For a quick and easy reference watch drawing with James Baxter on the bonus materials in Spirit. its simple and can get you started on realistic horses and i also sujest an animal anatomy book if your serious about drawing horses. You got the skeleton you can draw a horse. I hope my tips help i've already went through the learning anatomy part. | |

| 1 Jun 2007 | Alexis | You are very talented. Try drawing humans. You'd probably like to go check out Angelos Papoutis', or Therese L. Davis' work. (Gallery 793 SF&F Art) | |
