I'd thought I'd help you with that shadow.

There are two things I can spot right away. The shadowing
on the rest of the horse is done as though the light were htting from a different angel. Your horn has 3 light sources hitting it, instead of just 1 ( would woulod have to be in the same direction as the rest of your shadows or it will look wrong again. )
The reason I say there are three light sources is because you don't have the horn it's self shaded in shadow. from the way you have the shadow laying across the head, the right side of your horn should not be exposed to light. The way you have the horn shaded tells my brain that it the shadow should lie directly behind it. ( Where we cannot view it because it would then be behind the actual horn.) And this does not match up with the way you have the shadow of the horn now, or the shadows you have done for the rest of the horse.

ON a brighter side, your computer coloring skills are wonderful, don't stop! You have a beautiful hand for rendering at your age, and you should definately be proud ofyour work andyour skill. Best of luck to you in the future.

Oh! I love it! It's so peaceful looking! I'm so jealous and always amazed when i see things like this. Superb! One suggest though, you might want to make the horn color a shade lighter or darker than the actual color of the unicorn. It just makes it nicer to look at.

:-) Kristina Ng replies: "I think I'll try a different colored horn sometime. I usually make the horn and horse the same color because it feels more natural...ish *doesn't know what she's saying*Thank you! ^-^"

Veeeeeeeeeeery cool. On a note, all my horses are crapful, but my mom does horses and that is really really good. I actually dont see any problem with said shadowing but i am brainless.
