SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Wandering Mage

She wasn't always a mage, it wasn't until she traded the last bag of flour she owned for something she could use as money. The man she traded ended up giving her the 'Orb of Wind' thinking it was useless. Realizing it wasn't she began searching for it's sister orbs finding earth and fire in opposite sides of the land. Now only searching for the 'Orb of Water' she decided maybe it was destiny and maybe she should seek out the old wise one.

How does that sound for a story idea? I kind of like it, needs work though. This was done with markers and colored pencils. I need to think of a name for her... Oh and I just love her skirt.. I want it. Hehe
