SciFi and Fantasy Art: Enders Game

I did this picture sooo long ago. It is left from my high school days. For anyone that has ever read Enders Game this is how I saw it in my head. Done with the sharpie and color pencils. I then went in with Photo shop and made the colors deeper. Pretty new with this Photoshop stuff.

Love the chaotic designs/patterns in this!!! I did several pieces similar to this when in high school, & those are still some of my favorites!

Lovely use of colour here - I really like this, even though I've never read the book. If this was fabric, I'd like to have a waistcoat made out of it!..12

Aah that book was the best. I agree with Travis, whoever the heck you are, that when you read the book(I mean REALLY read the book, not just skim through it), you really understand how Ender feels.. I feel so sorry for him! WAH! POOR ENDER! "Sniff, sniff" I must admit, though, I did cry when I read the book, and I really do feel sorry for him. Maybe not Ender but Orson Scott Card(he must have been really depressed when he wrote Enders Game). But returining to the point, though I'm not sure we ever strayed from it, I really think you captured the emotion of the weight put apon Ender's shoulders and the chaos he went through. Amazing work!

I love Ender’s Game. It’s one of my favorite books ever. It made me cry, which NEVER happens to me. *sigh*
