kir dreams of becoming a Renaissance woman, but despairs of finding one job that combines green building technology, data analysis, art, writing, carpentry, and teaching. Therefore: am now doing freelance web design and illustration, mothering, yoga, and bellydancing. That does cover a good bit of that dream!
We don't need a site update log, really. Enough of that.
I doodle. I draw. I dream. I'll do it for pay if the opportunity arises, and I hope it does. I hope you enjoy what you find and email me with comments, suggestions, techniques, tips, or ... hey... commisions. Why not?
You're amazing Ick.. I love your style, I love the flow, I love the life in everything you draw. (spooks) Kir talmage-barnes replies: "kjt adds: Awwww *blush*"
Hi Kir, welcome to the Garden. Thank you very much for joining. It's okay by me, but are you sure you want the link to your SciFi gallery on the list? Most artists have their Fantasy gallery linked, let me know when you want it changed.

I should check Elfwood more, I get distracted so easily. I completely missed all your updates! That orchid throne keeps reminding me of something I see in changeling when playing ... An Elunid Sidhe named Orchid Grove appears in a flower bus usually. Off topic but I can't really help with constructive criticism so I may as well ramble I also noticed that your house is looking more house like now *grin* Well, that's me out of conversation, nice rambling to you again *hugs and grabs the virtual chocolate*
Very nice....all of it! So nice to have another Kirsten (and I am working on becoming a teacher too) doing artwork. I think my fave is the orchid throne, btw... Kir talmage-barnes replies: "kjt adds > Oh! Many apologies for replying so *belatedly* to your comment. I love it when people drop by. Do your also get your name mispronounced? "
Yay, another Changeling fan! Lovely to see! I think my favourite picture is the one of Sarah, the Sluagh. I love how your very own style permeats all of the pictures. I think I'll check in here now and again from now! Kir talmage-barnes replies: "kjt adds > Thanks! At one point, I had a guided tour of sluagh in the Forest, although I think it was lost a year or whatever ago in the crash-and-rebuild. I'd rebuiild it if I had more time... I'm fond of Sarah, myself. Thanks for visiting.. have you been by my other gallery (http://metasilk.deviantart.com/, updated more frequently) (and shop (http://www.cafepress.com/whimsicaldreams) ? You're welcome there too, of course!"
