SciFi and Fantasy Art: Pause...watch

I was bored and maybe grumpy while at my mother-in-law's, tired of television and violent movies. Maybe the violence was inescapable. This is something like a number two pencil on recycled paper sketch pad. (I suppose I better start looking at the weights one of these days.) The dark bit is just a bit of temper turned into a how-dark-does-it-get? moment.

Wow...I think this is my fav...almost reminds me of Momotaro (if you don't know who that is he's from a japanese legend who was born out of a peach (momo=peach) go look it up ) Anyhoo great shading and I love the expression. Would love to see how the whole costume looks! kjt adds > I find it fascinating how many people like this PauseWatch picture. It's my least favorite, more an example of what I'll do when distracted and mildly out of temper. I find I have no interest in meeting the woman in the picture, think I just fudged the sword, and all in all find it somewhat unoriginal! Go figure. However, I will go see what I can find about Momotaro...
