Also, i have now come to realise, that although one picture can capture a whole lot of this guy, that sometimes you really cannot compare one picture of him to the other. For example, this one looks like hes about to do something funnny, or bad, or something, and i have also seen another where it looks like he already has done something wrong, and is trying to look a portrait of innocence.

I pictured the "wide brimmed hat" he's desribed wearing being broader around, and straight rather than pulled down BUT R. Jordan does write (often) about Mat pulling it down, so you're right -- ALSO, the foxhead medallion is PERFECT, nearly identical to how I pictured it as well. excellent job man! | |
