SciFi and Fantasy Art: Lonely soft eyed warrior

This picture, done in regular old number two pencil, is centered mainly around this guy's eyes. I was going for a soft look and pretty much ended up with a lonely look. that's ok though. I know his sword is on the wrong angle. not onpurpose, but it's ok. I'd like to say this picture looks like a cross between anime and american. that's what I'd like to say my style is.

24 Aug 2006	Sdixon	Loading... I think you got both in here- lonely and soft-eyed. I really like it! The part of the sword by his shoulder looks great, so maybe if you just got rid of the part sticking out on the left it'd work out well. Wow. Eyes are fun : )
