SciFi and Fantasy Art: Nymph

With beauty enough to strike blind the average man, the nymph is the absolute epitome of natural purity. If you're a guy looking at this, be sure you can handle it... I can't be held responsible for any blindness it may cause. Girls, enjoy. Done using a mechanical pencil in a few hours.

Dear Joel...

Your Nymph is among the most stunning and memorable pieces of work in the Woods! I return to it often...

I've sen this maybe four times. I like it. I just noticed something. She has the same freckle pattern of the triangle on her back that I have were my chest and abdomen border each other. I was once told it meant something....I can't remember just what.......Keep up the wonderful work.

This is a beautiful drawing... wonderful sketch. However, I have to admit, there isn't anything nymph about her. It's a great human however.

Well, i'll admit too... It's no nymph. But in order to avoid removal by the nazis who run the show, there has to be a level of fantasy involvement... So i chose the nymph.

Excellent! The hair in particular – the only slight gripe (nearly said 'grope' there) I would have is that her eye seems a little too large or too dark.

As for the title, why not a nymph? A nymph is (in classical Greek mythology) a minor deity who looks like a beautiful girl. There would be no way of distinguishing them from mortals when going only by appearance.
There's absolutely no reason why an artist shouldn't put up a picture of an attractive girl and describe it as a picture of a nymph – if she resembled anything else she could no longer be described as such.

Lovely nymph!^_^
Beautiful hair, neck, ear, shoulder...
She's almost as cute as you are! 2

Some people say: the eye, there's something wrong... and unfortunately, I agree with them! I don't like the 3 points in the back! O_o Sometimes, you don't need to draw unnecessary details!

Is she supposed to be a Demon? If so ... I want to become a servant of the hell! ;P
