SciFi and Fantasy Art: Goddess in Temple

I've been messing around with smudging stuff to make things look more real. While this is not my first attempt or second, this has been the only picture I've done with pleasing results.

The texture on the hair has a nice frizzed dreadlock look to it. Her leg closest to us doesn't quite work for me compositionally--maybe if there was more curve to it--but the long, nearly straight line of thigh pulls the eye to the knee and the hand, neither of which are terribly interesting compared to, say, the face! But the hair is definitely groovy...what program are these rendered in?
