SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Weather Goddess

This is what I call a concept picture. Basically, it's a picture of a new outfit fully covered of Rai. I did this picture to help me have a visual for some 3D work I wanted to do. I thought the picture turned out so well, I added some lightning to her hands and put it up on my wall.
