SciFi and Fantasy Art: Hidden

This was one of my very first full page drawings of a vampire, done in 9th grade. I had a little trouble with the clouds in the background, and I didn't really have any other way to show her as a vampire, other than to add the protruding teeth. The braid was experimental, and I still havn't quite figured that part of hair out. :) I used pencil on printer paper, but after 4 years the color turned slightly brown..?

21 Aug 2000	Fairy	Loading... Part her lips to show the teeth as it is now the canines look as if they are glued on. I would also suggest spending a long time studing and drawing one part of the face (such as eyes or lips or...) it seems to help alot with learning to capture small details that one otherwise missses. Keep it up
